Order for yourself or for a family member, upload the IDs we ask for, and pick a delivery address.

We handle it in Egypt
Our team files the request with the authorities. If something needs fixing, we flag it and you correct it.

Track it and receive it
Follow the status until the document is under delivery, then completed at your door.
Which documents can I order?
Birth Certificate, Family Record and Marriage Certificate. Other services are planned and will appear on the Services page when they are ready.
Can I order a document for someone else?
Yes. Choose Another person at checkout, give their details and your relationship to them, and upload your ID. For some documents you can also upload theirs.
How long does it take?
Each service shows its own processing estimate on the Services page. Delivery time is on top of that and depends on the destination.
What does it cost?
The service fee per copy plus a delivery fee that depends on where it is going. Both are listed on the Services page, and the exact total is shown before you pay.
What if my upload is not accepted?
We mark the request as Action Required and tell you what to fix. Once you respond, it goes back to review.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until the request is under delivery. A request already in progress needs our confirmation. The Refund Policy has the details.
